The ladies' ministry is designed to complement the vision and mission statement of GFC. We desire to see the women of GFC to be fulfilled in their Christian life through fellowship with other Christian women and studying the Word of God together. Through Women of G.R.A.C.E., we hope to see women's lives changed, enhanced and growing stronger in Christ.

Ephesians 2:8-10 capsulizes three main points of emphasis that Women of G.R.A.C.E. will strive to highlight in the lives of our women. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them".

• We have the privilege of being called children of God only through His unmerited grace, not through any effort, ability or act of service on our part. Although bought with a great price, it's a gift from God given freely to each of us.
• Through our gratitude to God for this free gift, it should be our desire to seek to serve others in the same kindness and love that God shows us. God desires that our salvation will result in acts of service to others, to serve Christ and build His church.
• Each one of us is the workmanship of God, His work of art, His masterpiece. And our salvation is God's powerful, creative work in us. Although we may see ourselves as a work-in-progress, God can see the finished product. We need to encourage each other to allow God to do His perfect work in each of us!

In addition to the bible studies, we plan to give the ladies opportunites of fellowship during times of outside activities. Women of G.R.A.C.E. generally meets on the third Saturday of the month. However, check the monthly calendars for the meeting date and time.

Men of Courage

For such a time as this, God is raising up men in the church to take a more active role in ministry, family and the work place. It takes courage to stand and be a Christian man in today's society.
Our men's ministry is built upon the principles in 1 Corinthians 16:13, "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong." NIV. The Apostle Paul challenged the men of Corinth to "be" (present tense and actively working in their life, not for some time in the future). The goal of the men's ministry is to challenge one another to grow, give encouragement and pray one for another.
The men meet monthly for breakfast and a time of teaching and discussion. Normally meetings are scheduled for the fourth Saturday of the month. However, just as the women's minstry, check the monthly calendar. As a developing ministry, we're expanding to develop more activities. We encourage all men to attend to build relationships, be challenged and be Men of Courage.
